Dr. Silas Williams
Dr. Williams is a board certified vascular and interventional radiologist with extensive experience in venous and arterial disease, as well as minimally invasive spine interventions. He strives to spread awareness of under recognized conditions such as May Thurner syndrome and pelvic congestion syndrome, and how minimally invasive treatments can greatly improve the quality of life and outcomes in these patients. Dr. Williams has extensive experience in lower extremity revascularization for claudication, critical limb ischemia, and non-healing wounds, and prides himself on being an expert in the Kansas City region for PAD interventions. Dr. Williams is also an expert in minimally invasive spine interventions and has years of experience performing both thoracic and lumbar kyphoplasty procedures for osteoporotic and pathologic compression fractures.
Other common conditions Dr. Williams treats include a very effective long lasting non-surgical alternative to knee replacement called Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) that treats Osteoarthritis in the knees. He also has years of experience performing a minimally invasive procedure that shrinks women’s uterine fibroids called Uterine Fibroid Embolization or UFE.

Personal Highlights
Dr. Williams is a native to the KC metro, and as such is a proud fan and supporter of Kansas City’s professional sports teams. A proud husband and father, Dr. Williams enjoys spending his free time at home, watching movies with his wife, and playing games with his two boys.
His other interests include learning various trade skills for house renovation and building random things from scratch. He also enjoys metal detecting with his kids, morel hunting, hiking, fly fishing/fly tying, and traveling.
